I'm thankful for the number of photos, stories, and videos on the Nation, but because of the sheer volume of info, it is so easy to overlook gems like this. I'm glad I stumbled across it. Great job.
You can just use FretCalc. It's free and it can be set for either mm or 1/64".
1/64" is easy to do on a ruler, tape measure, whatever.

The viero was great and this info is super, perfect for reducing the nail gnashing of a first time fret cutter.

Let me second the idea of using mm measurements for marking fret lines. Much easier to do than using fractions of an inch.
