thanks lou..! my "private collection" will feature those cbgs which i won't sell... but rather keep them as mine and use them in future recordings..! :p still working on that..!

That does produce a wonderful sound. There are similar things around called Hang and Hank drums. As you say, for the recyclers out there, just remember to take the valve off first.

Donny, No trouble at all as far as bowing, it's joined up and reinforced pretty good. If you take a look at all the other pictures, I think will see. The tail piece is just some aluminum that I had laying around.
