Sabino,

No CBG stores. We make them ourselves. CBGs are handmade, homemade instruments. Emphasis on DIY, unless you are all thumbs at woodworking. That's the whole point of them: build your own instrument, and make your own music.

However, you could contact Dave Onastik, a CBN member who lives in the Orlando area, to see if he might have something available to sell you (Dave, got a customer for ya!). Or you can contact Wichita Sam or Richard Cuadill, other CBN members, to see what they have in stock, and might ship to you. Or you can click on several of the builder / retail links on the CBN homepage, such as Bluesboy Jag, Outhouse Instruments, RMKTGuitars, Jugtones.com, Built2Last by Mike Orr...

In the almost-true CBG spirit, you could  click on the C.B. Gitty Crafter Supply link to the right and get Ben to ship you a CBG kit that you could build yourself. It has all the parts except the wood for the neck. Or you can go on eBay, and Search for CBG kits, including necks, that could be shipped to you in Orlando, so you could put them together yourself.

Lots of ways to go on this one.

Thanks for the plug Oily.

If you don't have a CBG by the time you arrive in Orlando, contact me Sabino.  I should have something available by then.

Dave,

My pleasure. I like your work. Hopefully, you can get Sabino hooked.

Umm, I meant, hooked up.

Oily

tks Oily

Michael, Bob, and anyone else I left out,

Didn't mean to not have him contact you guys, too!. Just went with what was quickly available that Sabino could get to easily.

Which makes me think: maybe we need a page for people who build-and-sell to put their physical / e-mail addresses...

Shane? Could we gin up a page like this? Or would you just prefer people to buy ad space?

Sabino,

My pleasure. By all means contact Dave, as he's right in Orlando. However, seriously consider doing some shopping with the other guys here, too. One of them can hook you up with a really nice CBG, even if you decide to buy a kit. They are all good experienced builders. Heck, I build my own, and am still thinking about buying one from somebody here. There's just too many choices! :-)

Look at my profile Sabino. I have quite a few pics available, and will probably have a few more uploaded this week.
