a heartfelt thank you from Shane Speal

This is my way of saying thank you to everyone from Cigar Box Nation... and especially to the few who chipped in to buy me this most amazing "retirement gift:" a Ghettoborn lap steel by Harrison Withers (handwound pickup by Elmar Zeilhofer).

I didn't know what to say or how to put my thoughts into words, so instead, I put the words into my hands. This little video is me conveying how happy this instrument makes me...how fulfilled my friends make me feel...and how much I love you guys.

(BTW, this axe screams like a mutherfucker.)
