Thanks, Andries.  Yes, a wall flower sits by the wall at a dance and does not get asked to dance or have the nerve to ask someone to dance.  Yes, a bit like an old maid.

Muddy, I heard it was going to be the only rule here- ties.  I hope they were not kidding me!   Naw, not true on the tie rule.  Just dressed up for the part of a wallflower at an old country dance.
