"After my assault on Hobo Jack, and I'm sure the little blockhead is tracking me down as I speak, it's nice to hear the bridge has been rebuilt. The Fab Four No! The Flab Four maybe! I think Elvis made a cameo. This song had me in pieces.…"

Sorry must decline on that, its to fine a acoustic player to cut in the box for a pick up i have all sorts of other way to alternate the sound in the mix or recording, its the same thing as whit the tin cigar boxes its often a shame to cut in it, and lose the acoustic quality of the box /tin/ Plate, and that goes for the Licence plates aswell, i call it the "Banjo effect" cant cut up a skin!
i read this fasinating article from a greek luther KERTSOPOULOS Aesthetics (google him) on resonance and sound on and in wood, in a body ,you can find some on the topic on snuffy's Discussion on what the best box for acoustic CBG? ther are a ton of ideers on the subject, and a hole bunch of guy's and builders have done investications on the mater.
So before going about reinventing the wheel again, we do a bit of reading up on the subject and put one and two together to come up whit adapted new!, but im rambeling on! hope you get my drift ! Greeeeettssszz A.D.
Thanks richard ! i Do my artie picture thing co'se for me its a big hassle to get a 5 min song on video uploaded on youtube, for 5 min i have to download say 6 to 7 hours, if its a movie, if i do the same thing whit pictures its done in half a hour or less, so thats why! im not that keen on moving pictures! for this format that is i still do them but on ocasion! but thanks for your comments on the last one Thanks !
We all need a smile that your videos put on ones face. Can't wait to hear the songs you play on a CBG. Vietnam era vet also. Have been here for a few years, but as of yet, have no CBG's, but do have stuff to build a few.
I hear you..Ibought first guitar in 76...But didn't stick with it...Picked it up on and off again through the years...Wish I would have played all those years...Same thing with piano....Seems like I spend more time building than playing
