I didn't mean you, WF. Sorry to have implied deep thought (or shallow) towards you. 8- )

Step by step, inch by inch, then I shoved his coconut into the letterpress.......

Looks great man. Really refined design.I use a branding iron designed to be use on a BIC lighter. They are 3D printed by a company called shapeways. It cost about $25 shipped.took a while to come in but I'm happy with it. Works good but takes some practice. I find picks are a good idea to get the name out there. I get them from a company called In Tune guitar picks. It was $35 for 100 picks.

I like that name. I don't see the negative in the names, I see the originalty. I think most people would as well.

Keep the name. The design is excellent!

I have seen them on ebay, Way

No problem. If you've ever priced custom logo brands you'll know this is a steal. It tells you to light it for a minute but it really takes at least two to be hot enough and your lighter will kind of melt when you push it against the wood buy I've used mine many times with no problem. I may make a handle and use a propane torch to heat it. Also the spot where you are branding must must must be flat flat flat or it won't brand evenly. A little practice though and you'll get it. Really nice grassroots touch to your build.
This is a cool idea. I used Shapeways in the past with good results. If you have access to CAD it is easy to make your own and have them make it. I plan to try one a bit bigger than the bic one, we will see how it turns out!
