You might wanna make sure to encase the piezo in a wood sandwich, or glob it in some silicone...you can play around with placement using some double stick tape. With a mag pup you gotta be careful…"

Thanks for the welcome! I got a CBG kit for christmas from the wife. I have been interested in building guitars my whole life and figure this should be a good kick start. I'm currently in the fact finding stage but hope to kick off when time allows. I checked out your pictures you do some beautiful work, man! I only hope I can come close to that. I'm sure I'll have tons of questions if you don't mind helping a noob. Anyhow thanks again!
