"Thanks for the heads up Mel. I saw that thread while I was researching cases and I decided since I hang my ukes when I am not playing them and only use cases to transport this wouldn't be an issue for me. Thanks for looking out for the ukes!"

"The soundboard is actually Shedua, lots of people think that is is Koa though. It produces a slightly brighter tone than Koa and is significantly cheaper. That red really makes things pop though, I love this case!"

"I decided to take a break from the commercial cigar boxes and make my own box out of tone wood for this concert uke. I am pleased with this one, I made every piece on it from lumber! Just a few more coats of finish to apply before it gets strung!!!"
