I wanted to write and leave a little feedback message about the guy i purchased my cigar boxes from. On ebay his handle is mendotamagic 

I want you guys to know that this guy was absolutely fantastic, on a scale of 1-10, he was a 15 - ad i genuinely mean that.

Being a newbie, i must have asked him over 10 questions, every single time he answered me within a few hours, and at the longest wait time i think it was 12 hours or so. He was kind, attentive, very easy to talk to, took measurements, answered questions about wood quality on specific boxes, and even gave me a discount on a couple of boxes.

He also combines shipping, which as you know, is pretty huge for shipping larger sized cigar boxes.  After the first box, every subsequent box is only 2 bucks to ship. And he gives discounts for bulk orders most the time.

I ordered 4 boxes, and i told him i wanted to make instruments with them. So when i asked about a specific box, if he thought it wasnt a good quality for instrument making he just told me up front and pointed me to a box he felt would be better for me.

His shipping was fast, and every box was individually wrapped and placed into a larger box with air-bubble packaging to protect them all.

I live in a tiny little town in washington state Finding cigar boxes is not the easiest thing for me especially since i'm not that moble with my poor health right now. Having found this guy as an alternative to driving 40 miles to the local shops was really helpful. And in my ignorance and as i educated myself i must have written and spoken to at least 15 different ebay cigar box sellers. NONE Of them held a candle to this guys customer service, kindness, attention, and great over-all attitude.

I really urge you guys to check him out. He has no less then 300 boxes listed at any one time, and they are pretty much all different brands, sizes, shapes, woods, measurements etc. You can't go wrong checking out his shop at the very least.

FYI, i don't know this guy personally, i dont even know his first name to be honest though i'm sure he told me somewhere in our dialogues lol. I don't get anything for telling you guys about him. I just had such a top notch experience that i felt compelled to share it here with you guys. Too often our culture only leaves POOR feedback, only expresses the negative. But i think it's more important to share our possitive experiences, as the more people are appreciated the more the desire to do well and be excellent. So thats why i am writing this.

Yea, for sure. i hope you guys have as good of an experience as I've had. :) hehee.

I have purchased boxes from him in the past. He is a great seller.
