Easier than it looks, I spent most of the time laying on the floor and of coarse that's when my wife comes in.... awkward !!! Thank you so much Derek, your the best! Had a little trouble figuring out what to title it Ha ha! Played CBG through my Yamaha keyboard using an effect called "zac attach" to get the synth sounds. The Ovation is my baby, going on 35 years with it I think. Exposing my crazy side! Thanks so much Derek, glad you liked it!

Great recording Richard! Cool fuzzed out synth sounds. I like Ovation guitars too. Catchy piece and enjoyed your vocals. Full pro video production too!

Thanks Erasmo! Bought a college coarse on mindfulness, non of the more fancy fad stuff. Helped me focus on the important things of living in the present and dealing with stress. This is more of a satirical piece if you take it to far. Your right , there's only now, and on the humorous side, the ten thousand pound bag of stuff from the past!
