Dave, you were talking about gifting gits to 'forever homes'.  It made me think of those Peter Jenkins books where he was walking across the U.S. with is forever friend, a dog.  Good books.  They stand the test of time for folks of our generation and maybe other generations.

Bone dry dave !yesterday the hottest day of the last 4 years 39.2 the highest night temp 32.4 last night ,like i was swimming in my bed this morning! there was a cloudburst in the south of holland trees breaking people dying, come saterday rain exspected over here will see tonight ill clear the rain drips out for debrie \&leafs so the water can flow freely, just istolled a exstra bath for the chickens they are moaning as well! great song by the way,,that hastings guy sure can turn out a tune !
