Hey Richard. I just got off the phone with Yanis. She said it’s -25 below zero air temp this morning with a -43 windchill. She’s almost out of wood for the stove. She snared a squirrel yesterday. It’s tongue was stuck to our pump handle. Easy catch. Me and Unc are doing good though. We’ve sold two guits so far and have plenty of gas. I can’t look another doughnut in the mouth though. I hear there’s steak in Texas. We could use a shower and Unc wants a pedicure. Making record time so far. Over and out....

-30 wind chill! That’s liquid oxygen cold! What do you have in that truck, a jet turbo! Iowa to Mississippi, recruiting some backup singers....virtually virtual girls looking funny about a virtual festival......then off to Texas all in a day! Maybe plan some time in Orleans and Austin, Texas. Backup singers still a possibility!

Jim, unc’s good at voluntolding. I’ve been told a thing or two already. And not in a Christian manner either. But we’re getting along great. He sings almost non stop. 99 bottles of beer on the wall over and over. We’ve worked out the harmony on that one. I sing the hi lonesome and he croons the bass. We’re going to do that one as a medley with “In Heaven there is no Beer” and “There’s lots of Beer in Hell”. On the Gospel stage.

Hey Richard. We got close to having 3 backup singers at the Road House. But when they found out it was virtual they got a funny look and their Men arrived. We’re off Westward, no hoe. But my truck started. Texas, here we come. After Happy Hour at the next potty stop. 

I called home to report in. Yanis said it’s below zero with a -30 wind chill. Glad to be on warm sunny South coast. See ya when we get there.

Thanks Road Rash. Uncle got a little of that when he jumped out of the truck before I stoped. He got excited at our first Road house stop in Mississippi. We had a swell time there and some sweet girls took good care of Unc’s rash.

1. Tell me where to find these women that treat you fine out here are! My woman chases me with a stick! Water tastes like wine, this explains my mental vacancies from crazy to insane, but I do sleep out every night.........not by choice! What a great song, I love it! Gotta play this on the stage. Get her dug out, pick up Uncle, get the backup babes and scrub board, and let the quarters fly!

Nicely done! Unc volun-told me for the Sunday morning gospel stage open mic. This old agnostic still loves to sing the old hymns!
