It takes me about 15 min to drink my first coffee of the day and this made it taste better! Excellent composition Andries. Part 3 was my favorite Peace is sometimes difficult to achieve but right now, early in the morning with everyone else still asleep I get just a bit of it.

Had my check up in the last weeks, The Heart is Oke",but the Blood pressior ,and cholestorol are  to high! in attempt to reduce it i composed the folloing trilogie, there is not much CBG contend ,co'se they they tend to get you excited!!,Get ready for the Long Hall some 15 min or more!!!
