How did you learn about Cigar Box Nation?: YouTube

Howdy

Hello everyone,

I discovered cigar box guitars this past weekend, about 72 hours ago. Thanks to unstrung13 on YouTube, I now have a working electric slide cbg. I'm about to start on my second one and will upgrade to tuning machines from eyebolts-washer-wingnuts. My biggest challenge is tuning so far. I have not figured that out yet.

I'm interested in advice, email and chat to get better at this. I've got a line-up of people wanting a coostum cbg. Thanks for any help you can provide. I can be reached at gillensmn@yahoo.com.

Worships can be a lot of fun and really make a major impact on kids. The main "trick" is kitting your builds ahead of time and having plenty of adult supervision...

I think he'd be a sounding board or even collaborator with your project. He's engineered some very cool franken-bikes and has lots of building chops, too.
