The fret markers are thumb tacks. But they don't stick into the rosewood very well. I stuck them into poplar, no problem. Rosewood won't hold them.

Those fret markers on the top of the neck look nice too, what are they?

Love the look of that piece of rosewood, and the shaped box. Sounds good too - much better than 'not bad' :-)
