Just went outside and a big crow landed in an Oak right over me. He crowed loudly and lumbered off scolding me and was joined by his cronies in a caw fest.

Dave, when I get my banjo done - if it plays worthy, I want some art on it.   If I fail in courage or skill, would you custom make me something?   I

might try a moon - I think I could do that.  But I would feel a bit like a copy cat.   A raven, crow, or cat would suit me.   Hold off, Dave and I will see where this takes me.

Thanks Bluesheart, Uncle. I played both banjos at our Battle today. The skin head went out of tune a lot but proved her good volume and tone. The Rocket is awesome!

I like the wood tops and white tops the best, Dave.  My banjer is coming along.  Still love the moon man sound holes.

Thanks Wes. The wood top sounds great. Both do. I've made a sound sample but it won't play right yet. Working on it.
