This was the demo wind from the video I made yesterday.  It is under wound (broke the wire before it was done).  It has also not been wax potted yet and would just howl if I attempted a lot of gain.

I just wanted this video to make a point.  That how many ohms a pickup is has no real relation to what the output is.  It is how many winds.  This one measured at 2.2K.  Pretty low but as you can see from the amp settings, the output is pretty loud and I don't have to crank the gain.

I'll be making some more pickups this week and once I have them wax potted, I can do a higher gain demo video with some serious distortion.  Maybe mid week or so unless I have time today.
