#59 you start smoking cigars now and then simply because you where in the smoke shop.

#58 you start drinkin less to help both improve your build quality and cut yourself less.

saddly both are true. atleast i smoke better quaility cigars now..

Kevin; i used to smoke the odd pack of colts, still do but now i prefer Guantonamaro's and the like.
as for #58, the coping saw went halfway through my finger, lol, i'm scared next time the bandaids and super glue wont handle it.

Have to say #64 is true with me too.

 

#55- When you stare at your "real guitars" and have no desire to play them much anymore. I have 42 of them and haven't touched one in well over 6 months.

#54- When planning your new house addition you actually have "empty cigar boxe storage" written into the plans. The new utility room will have a storage loft for my empties.

#53- When your shed has more empty cigar boxes than tools in it.

to #58, always buy more supplies than you'll need because when you find that you  need them, you should not be driving.

#57 You stop at every thrift store to look at the wood and metal nic-nacs and kitchen stuff.

 

#56 You stop at every Lowe's and Depot looking for returned cabinet trim. (great source of maple stock cheap$)

Guys, this is a fantastic post.  I've done almost every thing you mentioned here. 

How about: #54 you steal spoons for string retainers.  #53 You have high end store bought guitars that seldom come out of the cases.  #52 you have a botched oak neck in the car for a weapon.  #51 you have a guitar hidden at your work place. 

 

#50 you have a cbg in the bathroom to strum while you do your buisiness~~ great acoustics in the crapper.

#49 you buy a $1 leather belt from Goodwill just to cut it up to fix the tire on a band saw because you "just have to start that next CBG project". We iz sum cheeeeep muddaf%#$as' .
