Thanks Richard. This old time style of of fiddling makes use of a lot of drone notes and unison notes on two different strings. That coupled with the big room acoustics might be what you're hearing. When I listen to the masters of this style it sounds very much like two fiddles at times.

That has amazing sound quality, loved it! It almost has a slight chorus feel or dual sound, probably the bow! Don’t stop fiddling around Jim, they keep getting better and more interesting!
