First Annual Sunny California VIRTUAL CBG & Roots Music Fest ~ February 2nd until ????

You, my friends are cordially invited  to the First Annual Sunny California VIRTUAL CBG & Roots Music Fest

(Note: as used here, virtual means IMAGINARY).

This is a potluck meal, so please bring a covered dish.  If you can, bring a signature dish from your region, such as fried okra from the American south, tortillas from Mexico, sweet corn from Iowa, Fish and Chips from the U.K.  and Vegamite sandwiches from Australia.

Please RSVP and tell us what vehicle you will be driving and what snacks you are bringing.   Air Force One takes up a lot of space.  There will be limited parking for air craft.   There is plenty of boat and submarine parking, but it is first come first serve.  We have room for over 100 buses.  We've been told to expect busses from Canada, Mexico, Australia, Holland and the U.K.  We hope the U.K. folks will drive at least one of those double decker busses.

Activities include: continuous open mike in several different areas. Vendors. Submarine races.  Disc Golf Tournament.   Largest and smallest fish contest at the fishing event .  Nude beach.  Regular beach.  Disco.  The grand opening of the west coast branch of Uncle John's Pawn shop (free corn dogs to the first 500).  Ugly dog contest at 4 pm.  Goat Rope Rodeo at 5 pm.   And MANY MORE.

Please RSVP.  ASAP.  WTF.

Richard, you are full of hot air!  And a day late and a dollar seventy five short (inflation).

We are travelling by luxury rail.   The Bronco is hitched to the rear of the Silver Bullet train and the bus is hitched to the Bronco.  I am up in the engine with the engineer.  He says to call him Mr. Erickson and go easy on the bloody marys.

sorry, post was for Kigar in the Mi. luxury suite

To promote the fest,  the Uncle John's Pawn shops have arranged a lunar eclipse that can be seen by much of the world.  Should be real good over western California between 0451 and 0630 on Wednesday.  Check out the times for your own areas.    This is not a virtual eclipse.  This is an ACTUAL eclipse.

It is also a blue moon - second moon of the month and a super moon - close rotation to and will make the moon appear extra large.

Remember Uncle Johns for your pawn and bail bond needs.

Wes Carl is the official Master of Ceremonies! Great news for all bands!

Dang, Wes. I bet you regret ever getting on the Iowa bus.  Sorry we left you behind, but...   We are off the train, got the bus running and heading down to Mexico for some beer.  Habla usted cerveza?

Wes, is that cane a diddley bow?

Kigar, Uncle’s pawn shop and bail bond west Coast branch to the rescue! We’re open during construction. You should be released within the hour!

If this isn't Kigar, then who the hell's climbing up my balloon?

I can not see the face, but Kigar has pants and boots like that.

Well, if he don't identify himself, one more step and my trusty blade will put whomever into lake Michigan

if he hangs on, and doesn't end up being Kigar, I can always drop him in the bay lol when I get there, or San Quenton

Thanks for busting me out Richard, and sorry about the bond Uncle. Love my boots but I never see myself from this angle, I kinda look like a girl!  I wouldn't have lasted a week in that place. Gonna have to hit the gym.

we're on our way, may have to drop the ladder on a beverage store on the way lol
