One of my favorite things about this site is looking at the photos of peoples projects.  I love when people post pictures of the projects that they are working on and I love that people show pictures of their progress and the tricks they use to accomplish the end result. Infact I like progress pics the best. That being said I hate when people post 40 pictures of the same build all at once and force everyone elses pictures out of the most current 100 photos.

What is an appropriate ammount to post at one time?

I like the cryptic ones that make you scratch your head. Nothing wrong with commenting up a question and engaging in dialogue

CBG Caption contest!

My entry (so to speak):

"The first ball of the season..."

Oh, she comes with her own choke chain.

It's even more exhilarating when they have taken the time to label them all with IMG_0001 / IMG_0002 / IMG_0003 ... ad infinitum.

Was that subtle enough? :-D xx

Hey, I'm not proposing any changes or regulations, just a reminder prod to those who will listen. Although Wades suggestion would have a good effect on making the picture gallery more useful, I would fear it might reduce participation, and we dont want that.

I used to browse the picture gallery and click on the ones I found interesting to see who posted it, with high hopes of finding some description or details, hopefully a link to some more build information or something. But I have gotten out of the habit because there is so rarely anything there. Its very frustrating at times, and while I could (and have) asked for further information, it gets old and tedious. Now I look at the picture gallery only occasionally, as time allows. The only thing I think I "ignore" more is the chat box.

Hey, its just a minor rant, nothing serious.

"Our restrooms have TP!"

I second that.
