Thanks RTZ. I'm lucky enough to have grown up in close proximity to guitar greats like Danny and also Link Wray. I never got to play with either but played with folks in their bands numerous times and got to listen to them in local dives. I'm 68 this year and losing friends is part of this growing old b.s. so a group of us are planning a huge jam of old S. MD musicians real soon. This page has some old photos and info on those of us who still survive.

Well dammit I was wondering where J.M. was and stop by your page to find this, I have Danny's 9-9-94 recording in my cd player in the shop right now. Just read the liner there is a mention of the Fat Boy's and the early years. It adds up as we get older and when it's 2 close together that's tough. Just lost a Aunt and Uncle last year.

Hope you can get some building time in soon and share it with us.

That's too bad, Jim.  I went to a cousin's husband's funeral last week and the obituaries have been extra large of late and with quite a few folks younger than you and me.  The old folks used to say that a lot of people die between Christmas and Easter.  Still seems true.
