Tone capacitor

Hello!
I saw the video (C.B. Getty channel) of Glen soldering in a tone capacitor in the tone pot in order to lessen the amount of high end “quack” from a piezo. Is it possible to do that with just a straight input to piezo (with no vol or tone pots)??

That’s the easiest mod , you don’t have to worry about polarity. You can also put 2 different caps on a DPDT on/off switch like this?
