never used one Johhny,but i'd suspect set it to mid point or even back of mid point,unlikely to need to go foreward

Get all of the saddles almost fully extended, leaving a bit of the base visible at the front, measure your scale length and place them so the area of the saddle where the string rests is at the scale length. Like Darryl said, you will need to move them back, but never forward.

Go to this page, put in the data and choose "Acoustic guitar" in the drop down box:

After you press "Calculate", scroll down to "Bridge placement".

The info is for a 6 string so you will have to fudge a bit...

Move the bass string saddle all the way back almost as far as it will go (towards the tail) and place the bridge on the soundboard so that you have the distance from the calculator's Bass "E" length + .03 percent right where the bass string clears the saddle.

The reason you can't use the "Electric guitar model is because it goes by mounting screw placement which will not be the same as on a CBG hardtail.
