I bought this book on your site and did not get, how do I get the manual or have my money refunded?
I came in with a request for money back, but if you send me the manual I cancel this request in Paypal.
I made contact through this channel because by email and their contact page got no answer..

I tried and got no answer, I just wanted to make a manual CBG for me, money is not the issue, I received an email saying I would receive another email with a link to download the manual but this I have not received nor as spam. Do you understand me now?

wrong gitty man, the gitty you are looking for is not this gitty, dont ask me how i know. but the book is an e book . its e mailed to you . you just get a link and click it and it opens the book. you can also contact Keith I think he is a member here on this site . good luck .
