Suggestion here ... Email Gitty directly. I am sure there is a customer service email address on their site. These people are pretty good and value happy customers.

I tried and got no answer, I just wanted to make a manual CBG for me, money is not the issue, I received an email saying I would receive another email with a link to download the manual but this I have not received nor as spam. Do you understand me now?

wrong  gitty man,   the gitty you are looking for is not this gitty, dont ask me how i know.  but the book is an e book . its e mailed to you . you just get a link and click it and it opens the book. you can also contact Keith I think he is a member here on this site . good luck .

After a tip from Randy S. Bretz, i could contact the seller by facebook and so i finally sent me the link to download the manual.
