Wow, sounds more like 3 months or eve 3 years.   It sounds good and looks like your form is good.   One thing that helps me is to drag my index finger lightly on the strings.  Not everyone does it, but it helps reduce rattle and extraneous noise.  I could not tell for sure if you were doing that.
