Thanks Andries. It's a buy not a self build. Glad that you enjoyed the video. That means a lot to me :0) Hope you're well my friend.

Awww thanks Nancy. That's really kind of you to say. I still feel like I've got a long way to go to be good but today I feel happy about feeling like I'm progressing. Looking forward to the day when I can almost literally blow socks off. The 100 watt amp/sound system I picked up today might get me some of the way there but I'm going to keep on chasing after more skill sets too. Thanks again, for the comment, kind words and cutest kitty on the planet too.

Thanks Shane, but sadly not one of my builds. I bought it off an eBay seller by the name of Cooper Guitars about a year ago. The string retainer is a simply piece of wood (not sure what species) cut into an upside down "W" for the strings to sit under and screwed through to the sound board in two places. Plays fair enough though.

Thanks James O. I'll take a little credit for the playing nowadays since I've been practising more but most of the credit has to go to kind folks and their lessons like Shane Speal, Justin Johnson, Learncigarboxguitar.com and more recently (though no less of a very kind person) Uncle Mark on YouTube and online.

Thanks Uncle John. I was told it was Mango wood when I bought it lol. Probably just a sales ploy? You're very kind to liken my playing to George Thorogood. Too kind me thinketh but thanks all the same, I'll take every compliment I can get. :)

Thanks, Richard. I bought it in Blackpool last year. Blackpool (for the American brothers) is a poor man's Vegas right here in the North West of the UK. Think Vegas only tiny in comparison, cheesy as anything you can think of, grungy, dank and terrible weather and you're not far off. Us Brits tend to love the place though! Very different that way the UK and USA I guess. You can sure steal the medley approach! Heck, I'll even tell folk you did it first if you keep being nice to me like this! haha

Thanks again all. Much appreciated.

Cool shirt, know you were up to some serious chops Bear! I like your medley approach, might have to try that myself and say it was my idea ha! Nice slide work!
