Thanx Nathan.. The entire box is finished with 3 coats of minwax gloss polyurethane. I use it in my work when we sand and refinish hardwood floors. Sanded with 220 grit in between coats. Sometimes i use as little as one coat and some up to 5. It's warming up here, went from -35 to +35 over the last week.....

What'd you use to finish the back with? It looks really slick.

And damn, that sounds good! Really smooth sounding... like buttah!

I feel your pain about the weather, although probably not as sharply... At least you can stay inside and play when it's that damn cold out...

actually remember what guitar it was from.. It was a Palmer from the early 80's . I had a couple of fernadez' over the years. they did sound good.!!

it's a single coil from an old Jap guitar, Like an old tiesco/ kent? Not sure , hade the loaded pick guard laying around forever. Works well though..
