She Caught the Katy (recorded at Dockery Farms)

Happy Sunday! This is one of the songs that got me into the blues. This video was recorded at Dockery Farms in Ruleville, MS on the original juke house stage (commonly referred to as the birthplace of the blues). I figured it would be a fun way to start the week.

She Caught the Katy was originally recorded by Taj Mahal.

It just keeps getting better!  Great song and great job on it.  There had to be some unusual emotions going through you playing on a stage that has such a great history.  You were feeling it and we were too!
