Good song.   That box has a boxy sound like a lot of old poor man's six strings back in the day.   Blues box.  You are in good voice and the song sounds authentic and well aged.  

Andries, I grew up on depression era stories.   It was world wide, not just the U.S.  Hard times world.

Have you watched the movies Bound For Glory (lots of music) and The Grapes of Wrath?   Great depression era movies.

Xellent sound Andries. Sounds like we’re back in the day. Great historical pictures too. Couldn’t hear all the lyrics clear though. But it sounds like a good song brewing.
