Bug's 5 min didley bow - Current Pickup

Finally got build space in garage - so here's a 5 minute build using a similar technology to a lace alumitone pickup, the dual coil system
Two holes, a screwhook, some copper foil, selotape, gaffer tape andsome stong Ni mags and a micro coil and copper rod and your done..

Thanks Be, Derek , Richard and Poorness studios.. 1:500 AS 104  i need to work out if 1:1000 or 1:750 better but from memory you loose sound quality... needs a lot of pre-amping and noise gating too..

One string chaos band! Doesn’t have to be pretty, plays like a champ! Another spoon Diddley player on the mountain.

That is awesome Bug. Sometimes quick and dirty wins the race. LOL.

The version below is easier still a can bottom, needs a central hole and some inulation tape over the hoe before you place the Ni Magnet again the copper conducts better than ally so the electrons flow around thrpugh the copper and hence throught the central core of the second loop. As104 and gives you a tiny signal to amplify. . If you see my pics i have made prettier versions too.. well almost..

Thanks Guys... Its based on a Lace Alumitone principle of a current pickup. 2 loop system it quiet so you have to preamp the hell out of it but has sweet tones. I will add in a link to my can bottom version.
