Sounds great BUG. Bonus pay? What the heck's that? When I used to work overtime they paid me in comp time which meant I had more time to take off which I couldn't use because of one or another emergencies. Sounds like you've got a good handle on the recording stuff.

Thanks Guys I'm trying to crack this recording stuff
I think the next one should be even better..
As had lnput level issues on audacity (free)
I Recon a decent USB mixer and above freeware
Works well..for clean sounds..
A Decent mic helps
Next I plan to line output from some amps into
The mixer...
Output was wav so may be better quality..
Oddly the mixer doesn't work with acid pro software
But audacity is a free multitrack studio..
This would probably work with a cheap USB input
Device too..
The mixer adds reverb which is handy..
And although analogue seems quiet enough
to me..
Also zero latency unlike the ux2 device..
So a thumbs up from my testing..
