Comment by Jim Morris on April 24, 2017 at 5:43am: Thanks Erasmo. Good picture! Yup, all my necks are made from scratch. This particular one is two pieces of mahogany with a cherry center stripe. The fretboard is walnut. Each tin or cigar box is a different size so the neck of each has to be custom made to a length that puts the bridge where you want it.
