New plates!

New plates!

Friend of mine brought these back as a holiday gift - good man! :o) The Missouri plate is quite old, and Im gonna build an 'Old Lowe' cbg wit the Texas one!! Anyone tell me what the little plates are for? They are about 6" x 3" but have area names on rather than states??
