Roger, just saw your message about my tailpiece.  Do you still need one?  I'll look at what I have in them and figure a price, cheap I'm sure.

Of course I'll help if you need it. I'm thousands of miles away in the great city of London, but I'm sure it can be done.

1st thank you very much, that does mean alot. The cigarbox is a Jamaican rounds box. I wish I could find more, but so far thats the only one I`ve found.

Thanks again Roger.

I only really play for fun, so I don't think I'll be making a CD. However, when you get your deuce, I'll show you how to play them yourself - that'll be way better. Take care mate.

Sorry Roger , I missed your question about the scale. It's 24.5 inches from nut to saddle (I copied that from my other guitars.) The only real mistake I made was using a fret calculator to mark where the frets should be - I think next time I'll fit the strings and then find where the notes should be using a tuner because one or two of the frets are not quite in the right place.

Thanks again Roger. I just use D and A (the A string being a G tuned up a tone.) It's really simple to play and you can play just about anything with a slide. I've been playing guitar for a few years but I just can't stop playing this one.

Thanks for the comment Roger. You're right - you can do a lot with two strings. For example. whilst making the guitar, they almost severed a finger and had an eye out !
