The top blank was my starting inspiration here. It is from a 100+years old box, was outdoors and some kind of farming equipment. Had great grey green colour. I add photo here from that stage. Unfortunately the green (algae) did not survive my workshop climate. Any way, blank was about 15 mm thick so I thinned it to 5, but leaving edges untouched. 

Sound is acousticly very strong and weird, I'll try to give to you some sample of it soon.

That looks great.  The  box top looks great, but thick.  How doe she sound?
