My bad all, the green (+) went to the tone pot(s). Each pickup had a 3-way switch that went to its own tone pot.

Oh and this is indeed the original though I had to get another box and redo the insides. Else its the same design. I added the cutout later.

Dan, I just cut it out. Its solid and I colored it. I need to make some sort of cover for it but I can't decide how.
