these are the the latest in a run of 5 ,there'ii be 2 more this shape as they're cut out and pockets marked but I need to make a few box guits first. certainly saves a lot of time doin 3 or 4 necks at one go...looking forward to seeing yours finished, dave does great stuff too,well I think everthing is pretty amazing wot people produce out of their heads 'n ' sheds ;)

thankyou, the reso is pretty nasty,made from bits laying around the garage, i need to make a new control plate, that one is just a bit of a dvd case painted silver. it's got a bottom of a large can at the back that needs a cover, really got a nice 'ring/clang to it , more luck than judgement . can see me keeping this ..

I like all those! Especially the reso.

I also love the wood on the darker one. It has a previous history that you haven't tried to erase by sanding and it gives it soul. Or as an antiques dealer would probably say 'patina' but I prefer soul!
