James,

Looks like a nice site full of good stuff, but you post probably belongs on the "Classifieds and Swap" forum......

Unless of course you want to send out some of those kits and DVDs for beta testing.... ;-)...... if so, I'll take one of each.... heheheeheheheheheheehehe

the best,

Wichita Sam

Shipping not to bad $16.85 total got here in 3 days. I am very happy with them all tools I got are great way better than anything I got from HD well worth the money. The fret nippers are a blessing what took me 3 hours now takes me 30 min and the fret bevel "wow" that thing rocks nice clean edges. It's expensive but way better than a 3 corner file and a lot faster. The saying is true you get what you pay for.

Just got my shippment from stewmac. Tuners / bridges / fret wire by the pound and fret bevel. I also got the fret nipper that thing is great saved me about an hour of cutting each one just lay the fret wire down flush on one end and nip done. I bought one at HD but after one neck the thing had chips all along the cutting edge I am so glad I got this tool.

Looking good! I can't really see the sound holes in the picture. How does it sound acoustically?

I use a fret saw with depth guide I bought through Stew-Mac. It was about $30, but it was worth it. Takes out a lot of guesswork. Depth is just right and width matches fretwire perfectly. I couldn't seem to find a junior hack saw or other backsaw thin enough to match the fretwire. No muss, no fuss, no glue.

So do more people use a junior hacksaw or a flush cut saw? Guess it wouldn't hurt to have both though... And I got the fret wire from C.B. Gitty. Thank you guys for the help. I've built a dozen CBG's, but only one fretted, now I feel the need to polish my skills at doing so.
