English chap 3 records early1970's. Short Sad Life but brilliant music.

This song just reminded me of his style. Maybe like the song "Joey". 

if you have a chance go to youtube and listen to a little bit of each song on his record "Pink Moon"

He plays a lot of different tuning on a Guild M20.
