I am trying to wire up a psycho knob from CBGitty up to a Snake-Oil mini humbucker with 1 volume and 1 tone pot. Does anyone have any idea of where I am supposed to hook this thing up? A wiring diagram would be super helpful. Thanks

Thanks for the reply Korrigan. I already have this diagram. Where would I hook up the volume knob in relation to this diagram? Would I send wires out of the psycho knob into the volume knob input?

You can place the QDD2 between the volume and the jack which will give you a cleaner sound at lower volumes because the effect isn't getting 100% of the pickup's signal.

Or you can place it between the pickup and the volume pot meaning the effect is always getting 100% of the signal and the sound of the effect doesn't change with volume adjustments.

If I place it in between the pickup and the volume pot would the loudness of the volume still work or would it be the same volume all the time?

The volume pot will still function normally, it just won't change the amount of distortion you get from the effect.

Awesome. Thank you so much for your advice.

No problem Jethro, glad to help.

Where do the volume and tone pots go in the circuit?

Amp Input is where they go?

I bought one months ago and still have no clue how to hook it up. If it came with a wiring diagram it wasn't good enough quality for a n00b builder like me to understand it.

I'm waiting to receive the Psycho kit for my 9v amp that I bought from Gitty.  Should be here tomorrow.  I'm also going to install a 2.1mm jack so I can run the amp off of ac power to save the battery.

No insinuating you don't already know this Paul, but make sure you don't mix up the positive and negative from the adapter because unless you have reverse current protection you'll smoke your amp.
