Doing preliminary thinking about the 2 string bass:

Couple choices; E95 A75- E100 A80-E105 A85, as for the tailpiece & tuners, I would look over at cbgitty? They’re having a pickup sale right now, so you I’m sure you’ll get lucky?

Thx. I've got a 3-pole p/u coming. Should I rotate it until strings are exactly over the 2 outside poles, or does it not matter?

string can go between the pole pieces. a lot of commercial bass guitars have the string going between 2 pole pieces.

depends on how far apart you want the strings..

I am using individual string bridges for my 3 string bass.
