Thanks Pick and Bluesheart. You're absolutely right - they are a pain to cut. I also had to rout out part of the bottom of the lid so the electronics could fit. It's also wise to score along any cuts before you get the saw out, as the finish chips like Nobody's business. The chap who bought it loves it though!

Looks great but I bet hard to work with. I have a couple of those boxes but keep putting off using them for same reason.
