Soundmen Hate Me (The Shane Speal Footstomper's long journey)

The prototypes for device has ticked-off more soundmen in the last seven years...

"Make it sound like a combat boot to the chest!!!" I'd tell them during sound check.  "100% bass.  No mid or treble!"

"Make it LOUD!"

And they'd just shake their heads.  

I was asking them to amplify strange, hackwired contraptions that I had built in my woodshop.  I've made these Footstompers out of Coke crates, antique floor boards, license plates...you name it.

Those poor soundmen.

...Some of these stompers have squealed with feedback
...Others have been so unresponsive that I've gotten charlie-horses from kicking them.
...Finally, the winning gumbo of found objects and electronics were found.

Yeah, you'll need the ultra low sub cabinets and an extra technician to tweek the EQ.

Jim, I've been told to bring my own PA to the festival because the one in use is inadequate for my stompers.  LOL
