I saw something like this on an anarchist web site. It was right under the article “Household items that can be used to counteract the effects of tear gas and pepper spray.”

lol. Also a common breathing mask with Vaseline smeared on the outside will work...according to abbie hoffman.

I am going to buy the stuff to make two of these as ground tiki torch's, to be used this weekend at the boat races.
