Thanks for the comments. Mathew, follow this link: makingmusicmag.com/how-to-make-a-pvc-flute/  look for the PDF (highlighted in blue, just above the video) click on it ,then print it out. This is a template for the holes to be drilled. Leave out the mouthhole. The green thing basically is a plastic jar with a hole cut in the bottom that is a snug fit for the pvc pipe, a small hole in the side to blow into, and a piece of a balloon stretched over the top and secured with rubber bands.
