Thanks RTZ, I'm my own worst critic, like we all are ;)

I'm with you on the instruments.  Like you said, we are all in different stages of building/playing, so I say make do with whatever you have. (No Rules!)  It could be fun to do a project with 3-string only, or all handmade only, just to make it interesting.

Turtle did you use the bass you built on your song?

I did.  Still getting the feel for the fretless.  It's hard to get the fingers to go in the exact right place every time.

"Yesterday" evening i listened to all MP3s only once (ANTHOLOGY)... drinking only fresh water (who don't believe me about this point?...)...loud... but not too much...good sound system used... after this experiment, I was sated with pleasure...

INCREDIBLE HAPPINESS... UP TO HEAVEN... everybody playing freely and nicely... all songs coming from the bottom of one's heart... the most important project for making sometimes  to know better some other friends... finally, i was drunk without wiskey... so i decided to have one!...drinking with you all at home

BIG THANKS STEVE

Really enjoyed that ! The playing and singing were great but people's creativity was outstanding. There's a huge amount of talent on here. Many thanks to all involved and especially you, Steve, for pulling the whole project together :-)

Some really great tracks - particularly like Lady Madonna, wonderful vocals

Great work everyone I'm loving it. Big thanks to merle and cris for the stellar bits they put into my one, and apologies for pulling a lot of it out, got those samples of the preacher crazy old lady and the suicide news report and it just seemed to fit too well. I gotta couple favs but I won't name em cos the whole things just such a great package and great job slowP on the diff covers for each number, nice touch that :)

really dig the diversity on the album - the mixture of styles is pretty spot on.

collaborating with jef and the smooth gravy guys was the highlight for me.

thanks steve.

Well I am gobsmacked!!!

What great talents we have here. Thanks Steve for your work and thanks Turtle for your very generous and well crafted comments. Thanks to all associated with this project for a job well done.

I think for me there is only one thing better than hearing my humble contribution on a Nation collaboration and that is to share with everyone else's great work.

Top Stuff all round. I have been listening in my car as I drive round and I can say it has been a pleasure.

i must mention about all the hard work put in by RTZGUITARS on the Revolution song - a seemingly incredible jigsaw of a task completed impeccably at the 11th hour!  (-:

Hear, hear, bottle of beer, loud loud cheer, for Mr Rtz here : hip hip hooray x 3   :)

Anytime Steve, it was a rush to get done once I got all the files but Its was my privilege.

It's only right that a Brit does a Stones record.   I'm just sayin!

What about a Christmas record!  I get White Christmas.
