Yup Dave, all is well. A whirlwind last couple of months - some good - some not so good. All accompanied by no internet which is more of a problem than I thought it would be. That plus the fact that I can't get a plumber out here so I learned how to do some plumbing. Not such a bad thing to learn a new skill but at my age crawling into a hole with 2 pipe wrenches and zero confidence with the chance of snakes is no fun. Got it fixed, probably saved 5 or 6 hundred bucks and now I'm getting back to normal.
